  • Taking up upgrade of stores as per management guidelines

Job Description:

  • Preparing standard BOQ format
  • Follow up and submission with mall for drawing approvals
  • Follow up for quotes and floating quotes to contractors
  • Periodic site visits and daily project follow up
  • Contractor appointment and follow up government formalities to start work on site
  • Finalizing MEP/ CIVIL & furniture quotes in discussion with HOD for approval
  • Handling over to sales team for display and closure of snags.
  • Follow up and confirmation of drawings.
