Qualification Education: Candidates must have Graduation Certificate from an authorized University and equivalent.

Experience: The certificate of working experience from 8 to 10 years is also required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Deep knowledge of OFR, AFR, Customs, Trucking forwarding business
  • Proven track record in people management role i.e. motivation, leadership and people skills
  • Strong knowledge in 3rd party overseas agents
  • Ability to cope with multiple bids in parallel and strong project management skills
  • Commercial experience/ capabilities

Essential Functions:

  • Monitors compliance of country regional and pricing desk to global pricing standards and makes necessary changes
  • Maintain and develop standard trading conditions for all quotations.
  • Ensures and develops execution of commercial OFR and AFR strategies in country
  • Develop freight products like Ocean Freight OFR, Air Freight AFR, Customs, Cargo Trucking and Insurance
  • Set up the regional country pricing desk as per norms offers by HQ
  • Fosters multilateral and bilateral business relationships
  • Set up utilization standards with cargo wise software and provide training to each pricing desk staff
