Experience: Candidates must have at least 8 to 10 years of experience as Bodyshop Manager in Automotive/ Bodyshop.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Understanding and experience in all aspects of running a Bodyshop and insurance claims are essential
  • Valid driving license
  • Ideally, management experience
  • Microsoft Office, ability to coach and develop others, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, resilient and self motivated

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Delivering a positive customer experience
  • Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop
  • Assist with project management, estimating, quality checks and materials purchasing.

  • Implements training opportunities to ensure their skills and identify staff that requires ongoing training
