Minimum Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidates must have Bachelor Degree in Commerce with minimum of 3 years working experience in account & finance.

  • BPO experience is preferable

  • Multi tasking, extrovert
  • Expert in MIS reports & analytical skills

Role & Responsibilities:

The shortlisted candidates will be responsible to collect payments from all customers.

  • Highlight critical and red alert customers
  • Settled bank charges & prepare cash inflow
  • Take appropriate action with management’s approval.
  • Constant follow up for payment
  • Debtor analysis & set monthly target of collection
  • Payment follows up
  • Credit notes
  • Daily posting of entries
  • PDC posting & report
  • Sign all bank receipt voucher
  • Unblock/ block red alert customer
  • Prepare performance report against target
  • Prepare debtor analysis report
  • Sector wise prepare report of critical clients
  • Prepare customer aging report
  • Bank charges settlement
  • Receivable report
