  • Maximizing profitability and sales
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Increasing and maintaining standards of customer service
  • Monitoring the sales of monthly, weekly and daily basis
  • Drive customer service excellence to each aspect of the store
  • Delegating and planning the task
  • Customer service activities and brand promotion
  • Follow up display of product, merchandise, story layout, placement and selling procedures
  • Training the team to have product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Dealing with back-office team for the inventory and shipment team for stock arrival
