Education: The certificate of Senior Secondary School/ ITI from an authorized board is required to apply.

Experience: Candidates should have minimum of 2 to 3 years of working experience on a CNC Machines such as CNC VTL (vertical turning center), CNC HTC (horizontal turning center).

Skills:

  • CNC Programming (FANUC controls)
  • Basic inspection skills
  • Part setting knowledge
  • Machine drawing interpretation
  • English language read and writes skills

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Upkeep and maintain of the CNC machine.
  • Produce the output as per the specified norms fixed by shift supervisor
  • Maintain inspection report of the machined component
  • Be burring of the machined component
  • Dual machine operation one operator manning 2 machines in a shift
  • Follow up the process sheet of the component
  • Maintenance of daily/ preventive check list for the machine
  • Follow all safety norms in the shop floor.
  • Responsible for the output/ production of the CNC machine
  • Increased productivity as per a primary focus with on time deliver to the customer
