Minimum Eligibility Criteria:

Education Qualification: Candidates should have Graduation in any stream with one to six years relevant working experience and Equivalent.

Job Description:

  • Answer to switchboard telephone and forward to relevant colleagues.
  • Meet and greet clients
  • Ordering of all pantry, stationery and guest kitchen supplies
  • Assist with meeting room bookings
  • Keep the storage/ reception/ printer areas tidy and in order.
  • Receiving and sending courier shipments
  • Ensure coffee machines and printers are in working condition.
  • Send emails to colleagues to confirm unknown persons, distribute and receive mail to colleagues

Skill Required:

  • Hands on experience with office equipment i.e. printers & fax machines
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Necessary Steps & Requirements to Establish Own Salon in UAE

  • Submit the documents including your passport and visit visa of yours and your partner’s (If any) to the authorities.
  • Decide Name for the Salon and wait for the Approval by Department of Economic Development i.e. DED
  • You have to sign the Memorandum of Associations
  • Find a Location for your Salon as per The Standard of the Department of Economic Development
  • You have to sign a shop/salon contract
  • You have to get the approval of the Health and Safety Department
  • And then lastly, get all your documents approved and then submit all of them to the Department of Economic Development and you will get your License afterward.

This all procedure may take 3-4 weeks approximately.
