Job Responsibilities:
Candidates must be liable for managing showrooms to ensure maximum profitability, sales, effective stock management, customer satisfaction and business growth. The job holder is also responsible for maintaining the desired visual merchandising, customer service, retail operations, recovery standards and replenishment in all aspects.

- Manage VAS activity
- Check ASN schedule and prepare team for delivery
- Manage good receiving & GIT clearance
- Binning of received goods in back store
- Manage packing and sorting in back store
- Manage consolidation of goods from floor
- RTW on non trading stocks
- Manage good lading in trucks
- Find out expired stocks and remove it immediately
- Daily checkup of SAHLA device to track orders received
- Support the business manager in planning the overall ROTA plan for the operations team.
- Provide regular feedback and review on generalist staff.
- Ensure excess, shortage, damages are processed daily as per SOP
- Manage the entire inventory in our documentations SED
- Liaise with specialist for gondola support requirements
