Eligibility Norms:

  • Candidates should have a Bachelor Degree from an authorized University.
  • 5 to 10 years of working relevant experience and the role could be based out of India OR Dubai
  • Solution mindset, customer obsessed, have knowledge in selling/ servicing digital logistics solutions
  • Prioritization of critical tasks and ability to manage senior stakeholders

Role: The customer success manager role will be focused on customer development and retention. The person will be the subject-matter expert for TradeLens, drive usage development with the customer, and eventually help expand the customers’ growth using other TradeLens products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer management
  • Work closely with sales teams, onboarding teams, solutions teams to deliver on customer requirements
  • Be the voice of the clients and share customer feedback for product development
  • Manage client escalations, queries and ensure customer satisfaction with the services and product
  • Help increase customer share of wallet
  • Upsell accounts and build concerned growth plans
  • Help develop new use cases and gather deep insights into customer business
  • Accountable for contract renewals, collect feedbacks, customer satisfaction, growth/ sales manager
