Job Description:

  • Reports to the general manager for managerial and clinical concerns
  • Ensuring the authorized documented and required approved procedures, policies and guidelines are in place to direct the operation of the organization.
  • Implement the task given by the General Manager in staff education, and training.
  • Supervise and handle all clinic licenses, doctors & staff documents i.e. applying for licenses for individuals, renewals for company licensing, lease renewals and visa.
  • Work alongside management on resolving any concerned employee problems/ matters and resolving them with proper skills/ approaches.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Choose appropriate techniques and methods for resolving problems.
  • On daily basis, check and respond the company emails.
  • Make recommendations to management for improvement in the clinic.
