Education: Applicant should have Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, or a similar area from an authorized University. Experience: Candidates must have prior experience with Bank, Insurance Company, or a direct sales agency as a Relationship Manager, in Sales. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding agents, brokers, and other offline partners & driving sales through them
  • Maintaining and building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Pursuing and researching new business opportunities
  • Cross selling and upselling services/ products to clients
  • An information security risk assessment is conducted at an early stage of the project to identify required controls
  • Resolve complaints and issues in efficiently and a timely manner.
