Job Description:

  • Maintain customer IT infrastructure like desktops, servers, switches, laptops, wifi devices
  • Troubleshooting end user PCS
  • Configuration of emails for end users
  • Installation of Antivirus, maintenance of backup
  • Firewall installation and administration, VPN configuration
  • Configuration and installation of IT telephony
  • Handling AMC customers
  • Office 365 email migrations and tenant administration
  • Coordinating with vendors to escalate, create and solve the issues related to email, backup and server administration etc.
