  • Education: Candidates should have Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management and Equivalent.
  • Experience: Aspirants must have 3 to 7 years of work experience in the similar role under reputed hotel industry and equivalent.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Hire new employees if required and supervise all housekeeping staff
  • Take disciplinary action against employee and discharge him/her, who not work as per policy
  • Plan the work for the housekeeping and distributes assignments accordingly
  • Train and recruit new employees
  • Maintain a time logbook of all employees within the residency
  • Create schedules for employees and assigns extra days off as per occupancy forecast
  • Evaluates employees in order to upgrade them
  • Approves all supply requisitions for bathroom rugs and spreads
