Educational Eligibility:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Proficiency to understand Russian Language in oral and writing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and knowledge of Arabic Language is a plus point
  • Minimum 03 years working experience
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills and PPT including Power Point, MS Word, & Others

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and composing correspondence that is sometimes confidential i.e. reviewing outside mail, copying, filing & scanning documents, updating outlook contacts, screening visitors and phone calls, arranging detailed travel plans, maintaining executive files, agendas & itineraries and compiling documents for travel concerned meetings.
  • Producing presentation and reports if required
  • Taking dictation and organizing meetings
  • Follow up with the executives and submit the progress report to MD.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
