Qualification: Applicants must have Post Graduation Degree in Management/ Healthcare Informatics & equivalent from an authorized institute and any additional professional certifications in line with the role shall be a plus point.

Experience: More than 8 years of work experience in the GCC markets out of which five years in a senior level role is a must. Exposure and experience to healthcare medical billing claims management under a major prayer or provider KSA/ UAE or internationally.

Additional Profile:

  • Best practices/ deep understanding of the UAE revenue cycle management processes with an emphasis on coding, billing and charge capture desirable
  • Experience with implementing RCM and HIS solutions is highly desired
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT, ACHI, HCPCS, CDM, ICD 10 AM/ CM, and contract management
  • Familiarity with cloud software and solutions as a service SAAS, platforms, and technologies highly desirable.
  • Project management skills are essential
