Minimum Eligibility Norms:
Candidates should have any Graduation with 8 to 15 years of relevant work experience and Equivalent. Professional certification in project management i.e. PRINCE/ PMP and Information Security, CISA, CISM Etc shall be highly desirable.
Job Description:
- For managing strategic initiatives develop ISR governance framework.
- Facilitate & support ISR department initiatives.
- Setup the security PMO in alignment with enterprise PMO.
- Designing executive reports and coordinating
- Assure delivery of all major project deliverables, strategy & milestones.
- Responsible for end to end management from vision to benefits sustainment of programs/ projects/ portfolio
- Delivery of projects with agile, traditional and hybrid methodology
- Participate and monitor in vendor evaluation process.
- Manage and plan resource allocation/ highlight any shortage/ resource capacity
- Conduct knox sessions and maintain lessons learnt
- Report to management and initiated benefit realization exercise
- Participate in Kick Off and closure session and other required sessions.
