Education Qualification: Candidates should have Bachelor Degree (Graduation)/ Diploma in any discipline preferably with Admin major from an authorized University and equivalent.

Experience: The working experience of minimum of 3 to 6 years in general administration is must before apply.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Knowledge of back office computer systems such as ERP software
  • Expert level skills in MS office
  • Update and compile SOP manual of YOSH operations every six months
  • Flexible on hours, time and duties

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Manage and organizing COO and operations managers daily diaries to ensure accurate and efficient scheduling.
  • Record operating procedure manuals, amendments in line and tracking changes with company requirement
  • Maintains records of attendance, HACAP, leave applications and career records relating to the YOSH operation.
  • Immediately report issues, concerns and complaints to line manager for appropriate intervention.
  • Respond to issues/ requests and resolve office related malfunctions
  • Update and maintain outgoing and incoming transmittal logs daily basis.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the YOSH management team.
